How long does it take to process my order?
It can take up 6-10 business days to process your order, depending on our inventory. Please call to check with us for earlier shipping or other arrangements at (712) 202-2357 or leave instructions on the special requests during checkout.
How do you package the meat to make sure it stays fresh?
All meat is freshly cut and vacuum sealed to lock in freshness. When it is shipped, our products are sent in a cooler lined with styrofoam and ice packs. Our products are shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air, however you may contact us to make other arrangements. Please keep the product refrigerated upon arrival or frozen for later use.
What if I am not home when my order arrives? We will attempt to ship our products as soon as possible. If you are not home when the shipment arrives, the delivery service will leave the shipment at your doorstep.

What if there is a problem with my order?
If you have any problem with your order (Product condition, damaged package, no delivery, etc...) Check your order confirmation for scheduled delivery date. Please call or e-mail us with your order number. We will do whatever it takes to make your order right.
